"First of all the guy doing the work is Jim Thran. He was able to do the work I asked at a reasonable amount of time, but not as quoted. The work he did looks great, not perfect, but what he had to work with, he did great. "

"Project involved putting hardwood into living room and tile in a foyer, hallway, laundry room. Floor in living was "feathered" excellently with previos hardwood in kitchen and dining room. It is impossible to tell where the old floor left off and the new floor begins. The old tile was on top of 3/4 inch cement and and subfloor. A new wood floor and cement board was needed to support new tile. Tile person did good job in getting the floor down. A small glitch on bid and extent of job, but FCI did not raise the price. In the end, job finished on time, at bid. Theresa Thompson was very accomodating. I will contact FCI for future flooring needs."
