"They called me almost immediately after I requested a bid and made an appointment for the next day (a Sunday) to do an estimate. The estimate was more reasonable than a previous bid I had received and they changed their schedule to accommodate me. Work was completed 3 days later. Haven't had a chance to test the heat cables yet but I am confident they will provide good service if there are any problems. "

"They did a fine job on a basic service. They were not able to complete both jobs I hired them for (guttern cleaning and exterior window washing) on the same day due to a late arrival, but they came and completed the work in a reasonable time and I was very pleased with the results. I would recommend them and hire them again."
