"The business owner personally oversaw the project from start (with a free walk-through visit to determine needs/preferences) to finish (he visited briefly on project day to ensure that his employees had appropriate tools and that there were no breaks in communication), is polite, and seems genuinely concerned about the quality of work and the reputation of the business. The women who performed the cleaning were kind, respectful, and thorough despite a scheduling glitch. They seemed to work well together and exceeded expectations. Hopefully this professionalism will convey to subsequent jobs, as we will certainly invite them back!"
