"Rick Chmar came out on time for our appointment & gave me an easy to understand, detailed step-by-step presentation on his laptop to show me everything involved with the installation of a roof. He patiently answered all my questions. When I asked for his professional opinion/recommendation as to what to do in various situations, he would give me valid explanations as to why/why not's. He would point out other roofs to give me visual examples of those explanations as well. Oh, yeah....he was the ONLY one of the 3 companies I had do an estimate, WHO ACTUALLY GOT UP ON MY ROOF TO LOOK AT IT! Have already recommended him to some friends!"
