"Bill Augustine came out to give me an estimate. He actually got on the roof and took measurements and gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot. He didn't waste my time will a long sales pitch. And they had the materials (Certainteed Landmark) I was looking for. Work was scheduled a week after I signed the contract. The crew arrived at 7am and finished by 3pm. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done and the roof looks great. They did need to come back a week later to install customized drip edges because my gutters were too low to install the standard sized ones. Augustine was not overly eager to take my money. They waited until the job was done and only until I was satisfied did they take my payment. I found them to be professional and friendly."

"Evergreen initially stated that the duration was 1-2 days, however they took a little extra time to make sure the roof was done correctly with all the unforeseen conditions. Timeline was not an issue with respect to quality! "
