"The crew that replaced my roof were dilligent and worked late to finish. However work was required which they had not been informed about. There is a need for better communicaiton between the Estimator and crew chief. Some Decking and all facia boards needed replaced which wasn't visible from the satelite view used for the estimate. However, both were discussed in detail at the signing of the contract but the Crew Chief was not made aware of either prior to start of work. Work stoppage, discussion with crew chief and then additional supplies purchased before work could continue which delayed the job considerably. End result satisfactory."
