"We chose System Pavers because of the concrete perimeter around the stones (vs the vinyl perimeter other companies offered). Their original price was way too expensive - but when I told them another company would do it for $2000 (25%) less - they matched it.Their sales person was nice, not too much of the oversell. But he didn't explain that if we wanted the downspouts extended under the patio, there would be an additional cost. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up on that. Patio was installed in two days. It looks great. I would have prefered better communication from sales guy & foreman, but overall good experience."
