"I thought Karlo and his team did a great job on the bathroom. They were able to demolish and rebuild an entire bathroom in 5 days. My only advice is that if you haven't remodeled a bathroom before, ask the contractor to provide the measurements of the things that are needed, ie.sq ft of tiles, vanity, toilet, etc. This could alleviate any headaches and unforeseen costs throughout the process."

Comment: Tiled walls need to be removed & replaced. Flooring will most likely need to be replaced as well. Toilet & sink replaced. Replacing the tub is ideal, but I might be able to keep it and just have it re-glazed. VERY old plumbing fixtures in shower area need to be updated. This is a fairly small bathroom. It is a multi-unit coop (I'm on the 2nd floor). It is an old building with concrete walls.
