"The consultation was professional. The individuals working the project worked diligently and cared about the details that bring a project together. They were very flexible when solving minor unforeseen issues that required slight adjustments. The bathroom project was completed very close to the estimate price. The only additional charges incurred were due to changes I requested. I would certainly work with this contractor again and hope to do so next year."

"My initial call I received from Gary was courteous and friendly. He also was accomodating to my schedule which was the next day, because it was my last day off from work. I had (3) rooms that needed shampooimg and the master bedroom and a hallway were heavily soiled. He had a crew of (3) and they were able to move some of my lrg. pieces of furniture. There is one thing that I didn't understand, before my carpets were shampooed, I assumed it would be vacuumed thoroughly and it was not. So once my carpets dry, I'll have to vacuum them before putting all my objects back. As in the past, my carpets have always been vacuumed first."
