"Brian (the manager) did everything he can to make the project for me easier. Make sure you have everything on the written contract to avoid any misunderstandings. The initial quote I received was not in writing and some things were not included in the written contract. Brian did make sure this was rectified and the missing items were done. Overall, excellent work, great employees (Carlos) and sub contractors. Very professional Price came in high but was able to negotiate down a bit. "
