"I had a good experience with this company. They came when they said they would and I am pleased with the results. The only problem is that I wish that I had been told to have my windows cleaned before installation. I didn't think about it until I saw that there was dirt on the window after the screens were installed. I am a little concerned about how you go about cleaning them with these screens in place. Some of the calking around the windows was not intact."
