"Expensive but Technician was friendly, prompt, discussed options before performing service. 88.00 an hour plus a trip charge of 44.00 (labor only / does not include cost of materials). The trip charge was waived due to my first time and that I had several projects on which to get an estimate. They also discuss options to help you defray some of the costs of a project and for that reason we will continue using them. We really liked John our Tech and Jennifer was nice (owner)."
