"The installer had a severe foreign acccent and was difficult to understand. A call back to complain the door was difficult to slide open and to a concern about some plastic sheeting that was plinched in the door frame received a promise to check it out. . No response in a week, Will try again after returning from winter vaction in the spring. The worker did a nice job, assuring the door frame was square, etc. All debris was cleaned up."
