"Mike was great. He arrived early, was amazingly thorough, and showed me that he really knows his stuff. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience. He had a very pleasant demeanor and really enjoys this line of work. I was very impressed. He even noticed that one window panel in a 4 panel window didn't have a tempered sticker - meaning it wasn't tempered. The builder was very surprised to learn that. Plus he took all the time to I needed explain things to me. I had my 37 page detailed report with pictures that evening. I would gladly recommend him."
