"Art was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and fast in getting his report back to us. I am a licensed senior architect and was very picky in who I chose to inspect my house (I interviewed several inspectors at length). He called my attention to a few items that I did not see at first. After thinking about them a bit, I called my structural engineer and verified that the items of concern ended up being much larger than we anticipated, and I had to rescind my offer on the property, due to potentially significant structural and health-related issues that were uncovered. I have a high amount of confidence in Art's abilities, and I will be calling him the minute my wife and I find a house that we are interested in and put an offer in for.
