"Richard Cole was very professional and I felt he was very knowledgeable. We used his inspections to decide between 2 possible houses and it wasn't until his inspectors that a clear cut winner was found. We would definitely use him again. Oh, and his wife is a realtor who was a fountain of information as well. "No, we are not related or in any way connected with them, just satisfied customers"!"

"The gentleman's name was Steve, and he was very polite and a complete professional. Explained everything he found in laymans terms. Made suggestions, and volunteered his opinions. He shows us the pictures that he took of areas that needed work on his laptop and then walked the owner and I around to the different areas and made sure we understood and was able to answer all our questions."
