"The customer service was great. Always got back to me with answers promptly to my questions and was very easy to work with. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied at all times. The issues for only 3 stars was due to lack of detail as to what was to be done regarding specifics to my house. If I wasn't there to check on the work, a series of mistakes would have been made. The specifics for this job were not written down properly and therefore not communicated to the site foreman. Fortunately, I was around to catch, clarify, and correct four major oversites by the crew."
