"All estimates and work completed as scheduled. I had a complete reroof with flat tile. Some supervision was required to get the desired texture on a multi colored roof and to get the correct number of vents installed. Payne always cooperated with my requests. They even returned 2 weeks latter to redo a portion of the roof that I was not satisfied with. Their estimate for the roof was about 20% under comparable bids, and they are one of very few roofers that have been around over 5 years. Honesty is their policy. Recommended."
