"Lance and his brother Keith were very professional, competent, and attentive. They engaged a couple of subcontractors for the tile and granite work and were present whenvere they subcontractors neede to do their work. The granite subcontactor didn't measure correctly and had to recut the granite causing a one week delay in the project, and was late on the final installtion day. Other than that, Lake & Associates were outstanding. They were also the least expensive of our estimates, so seem to be an outstanding value."
