"This contractor exceeded our expectations beginning with sound advice on the project, suggested ideas to improve what we had in mind, and completing the project ahead of time. We met with the owner, Kati, who provided the estimate and was on site daily to ensure the work was progressing according to our satisfaction. The first time we met Kati was to describe the project we had envisioned. She had her credentials--contractor license, insurance, and list of recent homeowners where they had either completed work or in the process of completing the work. Even that impressed us because other contractors did not have that information with them but stated they would send it. The price of the project was a little lower than the other estimates we received for the same type of work. I definitely recommend this contractor and plan to have them come back for some work we want done in the fall. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the character of this contractor."
