Custom Stonescaping, LLC is a family owned and operated business founded in 1999. Jeff Reynolds is the founder, owner and designer. Jeff will personally meet with you when your schedule permits, then provide you with a free color design and accurate, reasonable price estimate. Once the project is decided upon, Jeff personally selects the stones, plants, and all other materials, and then arrives with his highly trained team to oversee the entire installation. Custom StoneScaping, LLC works on one project at a time, to ensure every project is completed on time and on budget. The final payment is not collected until you are totally satisfied. Jeff Reynolds holds a Masters degree from Virginia Tech in Technology Education. After 12 years of teaching, mostly in FCPS, Jeff decided to pursue his lifelong dream of landscaping (specifically with stone) and has been doing that for more than a decade. Project: Grade or Reslope Grounds for Landscaping
We had a small job - and we were pleased that Jeff was willing to bid the job and do the work. His crew prepared a low area in our yard, brought in lots of quality soil, regraded so water would follow a slope to the swail at the back of our property, and planted grass seed on the topsoil. Glad to report after heavy rains that the water is no longer pooling in our yard. Job well done.

Jeff Reynolds, owner of Custom Stonescaping, is a gifted professsional landscaper. He was extremely easy to work with and had wonderful ideas to make our project really stand out. The crew that he has are the best I have ever encountered - unsupervised they are neat, quiet and very hard working. They cleaned up after every day's worth of work and we just perfect gentlemen. Not only was the price for all the things done including grading, putting in drains, burying drain pipes, installing lots of privacy plants and building a beautiful patio wonderful, it was done the exact week we asked it to be done and completed exactly as Jeff said.

We are so pleased with the final product. The team was professional, polite, and hard working. They worked efficiently and put the finishing details on the patio that we wouldn't have even considered had we done the project ourselves. The finished product really looks finished.

Jeff was quite responsive, spoke with us about all well-thought out details of the solution, answered our questions confidently, and didn't appear to try to take advantage of our not being in the area. He provided us with before and after photos and my tenants were very pleased with his work. Also, he got to our project ahead of schedule and completed it swiftly. I would definitely use this company again and appreciated Jeff's caring professionalism greatly.

Project: Landscape Designer
Project involved digging trenches and installing pipes and drain boxes to drain srfrace runoff water and to prevent future flooding through a side basement door. The owner and workers arrived on time, walked me thorugh the project to ensure what was to be done. After pipe was laid, and dirt replaced the grass square were expertly replaced. I was very happy with the overall work. The owner even threw in some freebies, like installing some river rock to the boxes and re-sloped the grade and mulched near the corner of the house.

Custom StoneScaping did an incredible job on our property. They provided a thoughtful design with creative solutions to meet our challenges, competitive pricing and top notch customer service. When bad weather could have delayed our project, they worked overtime to finish the job ahead of schedule. Our before and after pictures are jaw dropping. Project: Install a Brick, Stone or Block Wall
If you are considering a paver patio or retaining wall, there are better options; talk to Jeff! I am so very thankful I did. Once I did it was very much a no hassle project. They are pros you can trust them.
