"Ken arrived for the initial estimate on time and walked me through his process. We scheduled the job to be started at 7:00 in the morning and when I went out at 6:45 he was already there unloading his equipment (you don't see that kind punctuality anymore) After completing the pouring of concrete (and because I get no sun on that part of the sidewalk) Ken stayed there all day making sure that the concrete set just right.
