"I had to contract the work while out of town. I expected problems as I always prefer to be hands on yet Puryear could not have made it easier. They took my info, put their eyes on the problem, quoted a fair price, and fixed the problem without my tenants ever noticing. All I had to do was put a check in the mail. The only reason I ddidnt give 5 stars is because it wasn't a terribly sophisticated job. Still thrilled at the price, availability, and execution. "
