"The "doctor" arrived less than an hour after I called, and had called within 30 minutes to let me know he was on the way. He was courteous and worked quickly. It was pretty expensive, but it was also 9pm when I called to have my sump pump repaired. I would have liked a little more detail about the problem, but overall I was pleased with the service and the lightning quick turnaround."
