"Fast response to my sump pump problem. They also provided me the additional information as requested to give me the full picture of the unit I was buying. I can already tell that it will meet my goal for having one of the market's better pumps, and the price difference was marginal compared to other options. The quote was also provided in a professional, business-like manner on company letterhead as opposed to amateurish and unreliable-looking "e-mails on the fly" that you get from some contractors. "

"KT Waterproofing was beyond excellent!! I contracted them to replace a sump pump. They gave me a very well-informed opinion of the other issues I had. Not only were they prompt and efficient, but after quoting and agreeing to a price, they discovered a worse problem that I had. Even though, this additional issue could have run well over $500, they offered to solve the problem without charging me for it!! I say this as a way to inform others of the type of heart and consideration they provided...when they didn't have to. If you have a need for service, the worst thing you could do is to NOT call KT Waterproofing. They are stupendous!!"
