A few days later there was a small issue and he returned within 15 min. of my call to find a rock had gotten stuch and kept the pump running. "Tom was awesome. He called within 15 minutes of submitting my request. He was very nice, informative, accommodating and VERY reasonably priced. He is a great guy who does a great job! He was out the next afternoon with a new sump pump. He explained everything to me, offered to try to make the old one work so I wouldn't have to buy a new one, then charged less than he had told me it would be because the cost on the sump pump was less than he expected! I highly recommend him!"
