"I requested an estimate from Fairfax Contractors online on 11/3. I received a call to schedule an appt almost immediately. I missed the call, but quickly received a text in addition to a voicemail. I called back and was able to send Glen a picture of the issue I had with my wrought iron fence. He was able to diagnose the problem and gave me an estimate right away. The estimate was $150 less than another company quoted me so, I definitely wanted to move ahead with the job! No surprise, they were booked 2-3 weeks out. I returned the signed contract and let Glen know that if there was any way we could get it done sooner, that would be great. Luckily, they had a job they were working on near my house and they were able to start after just one week of waiting (11/11). They require a deposit (1/3rd of cost) and it was very easy to get that done over the phone with Tony. Once the job was complete, Glen took a video of the fence and sent it to me. I live out of state, so I appreciated him showing me the final product that way. Overall, I had a great experience with Fairfax Contractors. Glen was very responsive on email, text and by phone. Iâm having them look at another project and hope to use them again in the future."
