"Ernie Haas arrived promptly this morning. He completed a very thorough inspection of our house roof, garage roof, and screened porch roof. He climbed onto the garage and porch roofs and visually and manually inspected the house roof. Throughout the inspection he explained what he was doing and what he found both positive and negative. In addition, he answered my roof questions unrelated to the inspection and provided general direction for me to follow on a home improvement project. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and customer oriented contractor. I will use him again!"
