"So far Ernie Haas is walking me through every step of dealing with a bad contractor (King Deck Home Improvement). Haas found almost $1000 worth of insurance paid work that was NOT done, found work done not even close to manufacturers specs, damage internally, mess left internally and outside, completely shoddy work on the roof. Haas has taken all of my calls and has taken painstaking efforts to explain things - even multiple times. This contractors work and his actions as a result of my withholding final payment are aggregious and I will get an attorney if needed. I will rate more when I get inspection report. "
