"I had an issue on Wednesday night with my main sewer line and needed to have it replaced. That night I submitted my request for some Pro's and the next day Top Notch was here gave me an estimate that beat all the others. They were very understanding of my needs and explained everything very clearly to me. I hired them on Friday and by Monday evening my issues were resolved. I never thought it could be this easy especially when you think you have to dig up your whole front lawn when all you have to do is have someone install cured-in-place pipe instead. I would highly recommend Top Notch and I plan on using them for all my plumbing needs."

"Fraitag workers were very good - they came to inspect a leak - and did a nice job in fixing everything up. They were courteous, helpful and efficient. The problem was totally unnecessary nickel and diming. The bill came to $340 in time charges which was for 2.5 hrs at $34 for every quarter hour. At least 45 minutes was for travel time to get parts they did not have with them. Even with the most generous time estimates, it shouldn't have been more than 2 hours. But instead of acknowledging this and keeping the customer happy, Fraitag wouldn't budge - for 0.5 hours he has lost a future customer who was otherwise happy."
