"Before I could even open their e-mail my phone was ringing with Rollin-Rooter on the line. They set up an appointment at my convenience, couldn't have been more polite on the phone. When they got to my house and assessed the situation Don gave me advice on how to avoid this problem in the future, and gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done. He fixed the problem in the most efficient, inexpensive way he could. I will never use any one else again from my home or rental property, and will recommend he and his wife to everyone I know."

"The Owner does all the Estimate and recomendation work. This is the only Contracter to give me a priced out comparison of tthree different solutions. Additionally the only one to do a heat/cooling load study on my house. Finally they prodouce the paperwork for all Rebates and Utility and tax credits, other contractors only said "just give the paid bill to your accountant " Also spontanously offered to help me arrange 1 year 0% financing> I am very pleased and PS the price was better than two of the other 3 estimates I got. The work was done buy a polite team that cleaned up after themselves to the point that my wife asked if I had mopped up"
