"The main sewer pipe clogged and I was not able to open the trap. I got several call back from plumbers but Braitag Plumbing was able to come within the hour. Their plumber was not able to open the trap either and had to cut the top off and put on another cap. To make matters more difficult I had a doctor's appointment and had to leave. But when I returned the problem was completely cleared and I have had no more difficulty with the sewer line. Thank you very much."

"They were pleasant to deal with and were prompt on the job. He job was well done but the sewer backed up again the next day because of sediment from the cleaning. Not having the experience, it took me a while to work this out. They should have fore seen this possibly. This is a feed back for them."
