Brian's knowledge and expertise in environmental resources matters was especially appreciated when he met with condo association and management people. He stood toe to toe with them and informed them of what MUST BE DONE to follow the goverment's regulations and do a thorough job. Brian's work force were professional, respectful and took their job seriously.
