They were very careful with the ceiling and very little amount of patch work was needed to be done after it was removed. Comment: THe suspected asbestos is in the basement of a small apartment building in Washington Park. Seems there could be asbestos present in the heat duct insulation/tape as well as in the plaster of the ceiling of the furnace room. No tests have been performed to confirm this. I'm guessing there is about 600 Sq Ft of removal necessary.
