"Reliance was professional every step of the way, and the price was very reasonable. I didn't get a song and dance around any question I asked--I got answers, and thorough ones. They were on time, finished on time, and did what they said they would do. No mess, no fuss, no worries. Reliance could have easily made over $500 more off me if they wanted to because of the way my tile layers were laid down. But their job was easier and they charged me less. I would have never known this little fact about my floor that made my removal cheaper--they just told me. If they hadn't they would have had some free money, but they don't work that way. So Reliance is excellent in service and quality, and are dependable, reliable, and honest as well."
