"Mark was a really nice guy and did a good job. The only reason I gave him a 4 Star on Customer Service is because he seemed a little bit flaky, like leaving a large portion of the flooring he removed on the outside of my home with nails sticking out of it. He also told me the liquid he was using was non-toxic, but the second I walked into my home, I knew that was not true, and would have appreciated better information. Overall, I would hire Mark again because the finished product was good and I really appreciated his personality. I'm so sick of contractors that are rude and Mark defies that stereotype. Thanks Mark!"
