"I first tried to get a Sears repair person and was put off by the web. page which was confusing and immediatly told me it would be two days, without even letting me explain what the problem was. Your suggested service person called me as I was still filling out the information on your web page; which allowed me to explain the problem and make arrangments for the next day. He was on time; professional; and assessed the problem quickly. He also made the appliance run better by replacing the fan blade; but then reversed the motor since it was running in the wrong direction. We have had a problem with the fridge running continuously he fixed it"

"Very professional...diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. Excellent. The first company i called to look at my dishwasher diagnosed a bigger problem and estimated big bucks to fix it. Keith saw this was simple, fixed it quickly and charged accordingly. I will keep his name for myself and would not hesitate giving his name to a friend. "
