"They were on time and in and out in less than hour. Found the problem quickly and fixed it. Polite. However, $150 for about 45 minutes seems a bit steep for what was really not a whole lot of work (pulled out a wire that had gotten caught in the washing machine pump), especially considering they hooked up the hoses backward after getting water all over the floor. I'd still use them again, because as you know if you've dealth with appliance repair people before, this is really not a big deal. Like I said, they were also, prompt, polite and fast. Four to four and a half out of 5 stars."
