"A great experience, if a busted pump on a washing machine can be described as "great". Left an email message with Service Magic at 2 am on a Friday night, and ABC called me at 7 am the next morning, a Saturday. Norman the tech arrived at 8:30 am, figured out what was wrong, told me of some minor issues that probably weren't worth fixing, went out and got the new pump and installed it. What a relief, especially the week before Thanksgiving. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because he gave me a "flat-rate" invoice. Maybe the pump was really expensive? Price seemed rather high to me, but I'm stingy."

She clearly reviewed with me the process and pricing for the service call and we made an appointment. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the necessary part available on his service van and was able to complete the repair within an hour. He was very clear about pricing and what he would need from me to accomplish the repair. I was very satisfied and would recommend ABQ Appliance Repair to others."
