"Tim was prompt in his reply to my inquiry, and quick to come meet with me. He is personable and inspires confidence. He went over my immediate needs with me, my projected longer-term needs as well, and even some things that won't involve him directly. He has been working on my house but my recent business trip delayed completion of the work, so the project is not yet complete. However, he made an effort to complete parts of the project that would enable me to live more comfortably in my fixer-upper as it is now, which I appreciate.
