"They were able to schedule and appointment right away and came out to look at my dryer. The dryer, only malfunctioning some of the time worked fine while he was here. He gave us a 90 day guarantee, so when the dryer started causing problems again he came out and fixed it, with no addional expense for the second house call. "

"H&N was amazing! I applaud a company that tells their customer how it is. I wish we could have fixed it but the repair cost just didn't warrant it. And then to know that I only paid for a service call!!! Don was here a good hour or so and had to go so far as to replace a few parts only to determine the crazy dryer wasn't going to work (granted it was over 20 years old). THANK YOU!
