"Called them at 10:30 on a Friday night when I found a leak in my basement and couldn't figure out how to stop it. Instead of setting up a service call he told me to grab a wrench and head down there and proceeded to walk me through how to repair the problem. Took me 30 seconds with his directions. Great great great service, and saved me alot of time and money to fix a problem. Obviously cares more about the people then about the "money". Will add them to my speed dial if I have any future problems."
