"Very polite, listened, provided options. They performed two primary tasks. They fixed a leak that was troublesome. It took 3 or 4 visits, but they stuck with it and did not charge beyond their original estimate. They made sure it was right. They also installed several sinks and faucets. Installation is good, sinks are seated well. Some of the fixtures were a little loose upon completion, but that was trivially remedied."
