"3 contractors were given a detailed SOW for our bathroom remodel. All 3 contractors were very prompt & professional. We selected Mr. Zarras as his bid was $1000 less. His update briefings on the job were excellent; he was present throughout the project. His work contract was detailed in activties & execution, but lacked a breakdown in costs, resulting in our overspending on our selection of materials. There was some mixed communication as to painting responsibility and variation from the original scope, but work performed was excellent. Highly recommended - if used, be sure to clarify define definite scope and responsibilities details. "
