It appears to be ont he electrical line from the pole to the house. All the leavels are still on the branch. When I aked last year about removing the limb , I was told everything should be ok. | Comment: I think a tree limb needs to be removed. After the last big wind it looks like the limb has lost its integrity. This is a large tree in our back yard. There are not any dead leaves however the limb seems to be on the poer line to the house and I feel it needs to be removed before further damage is done.
