He returned within 5 days with a written proposal. We signed with him. He had one worker assigned to do the work. He was truly a craftsman in every sense of the word. He took the time to cover all of the steps leading to the bathroom and any part of the wood floor he may have to step on. He demolished the bathroom within a day.
