Francisco was so patient with me and walked me thru everything, from budgeting (including a spreadsheet) to selecting furnishings - even to instructions on accessing the light bulb in the fan. His crew was extremely conscientious, from installing plastic sheeting and covering the floors, to cleaning up daily and keeping me informed of their progress and schedule. The result was more than I could have imagined, and the process was quite painless.
