His employees were prompt, courteous, and absolute gentlemen when it came to dealing with me. "We found Patrick to be a pleasant professional. I described my ultimate goal and my suggestions. He provided insight that would accomplish the goal and save us money. I appreciated his ideas. The other bidders just bid on what I suggested with no input. Once the decision to use Skidstar was made, Patrick had the crew out within a few days to complete the job with no disruption to our schedule. The work was done and the area left in as neatly as it was found. When I spoke to Patrick about a few things I would like corrected, he accepted the requests graciously and had the crew back out to complete those within 2 days. "
