"The experience was in three parts. Hiring: Paul was quite knowledgeable and asked pertinent questions about the job. He was on time and responsive with the quote. Scheduling: this was the most problematic part of working with them... no show on the day appointed and huge lack of communication that day. Eventually got things rescheduled. Work: the actual electrician who did the job was fabulous. Showed on time, did the work quickly and with a minimum of fuss and mess. So highly recommended for the work and the price, but be prepared to have scheduling issues."
