"Chris Schaefer was very helpful from the very start even before I agreed to hire them for the project. He sent me web links to the local stores which carry the part and suggested which ones I could use in my bathroom. On the work day, he arrived at the appointed time and fixed the bathroom exhaust fan flawlessly. The job took more time than expected since the housing space had to be enlarged by cutting additional drywall and an adapter had to be put in. But Chris Schaefer did not charge me extra, since we had agreed on a fixed fee before. Overall, I will not only use this company again but I will recommend them to others. Jay"
