"Dear Service Magic I just want to take a moment to tell you about the great painter I found through your service. John Flannery of Flannery Painting did a great job throughout the entire process and now our house looks great. Our project involved a great deal of wallpaper removal, spray-painting popcorn ceilings and painting the walls. Mr. Flannery made a competitive bid, not the lowest, but he seemed to have a great attitude and I felt comfortable having him in my home. I could tell by his personal website, FlanneryPaintingEagan.com that he was just a regular family man who also lived in Eagan. He was always on time and worked full days. He was clean, vacuuming everyday and covering everything with drop clothes and plastic. John stuck to his estimate. Even though the wallpaper removal was bid hourly he was within a few dollars of his ballpark figure. He fixed little dents, cracks and nail pops and even fixed some larger sheetrock and texture problems. Now, all the painting looks great!
